ShelClair Featured in Equitrekking’s 50-State Trail Riding Project

Updated: Oct 7, 2020

Photographer Mary Katherine Morris came out to our farm and found it a photographer’s oasis. So impressed, she submitted an article to Equitrekking, a travel website and company for horse enthusiasts.

She’s not the only photographer finding our farm suitable for making picture memories. We’ve had other professionals use our farm scenery as the backdrop.

“Another highlight of Shel Clair Farms is the seemingly endless amount of open space to ride,” Morris said in the online article. “While it’s always fun to explore the more arduous terrain available at other Alabama equestrian destinations, it was nice being able to have a short run through the pasture without worrying about running into trees.”

We also have some trails that go in the woods and over a creek. There’s lots of variety.
